Today wasn’t much better than yesterday. Once again within ten minutes I had a pain in my chest and was quite out of breath. All in all I ran maybe 45 minutes but with many short 5-30 second breaks of walking. My normal run is between 30-60 minutes non-stop and at twice the speed of today. Mind you I only had about three hours sleep last night…..!
It’s rainy season here in Cambodia and today there were thunderstorms all day. It started whilst I was out running. I got drenched and loved it. Such a feeling of freedom. If the rain had started before I went out, then I probably would’ve chickened out. I am a sissy and I don’t like getting wet : -)
